Reduce Bias in Hiring

A business committed to inclusive and fair hiring could not seem to get a diverse slate of candidates for top level positions.

What we did

Results

  • Leaders had a deeper understanding of the many ways bias shows up in hiring processes and how they could mitigate them

  • They went from regularly having zero women and people of color in the finalist slate to two-thirds of the slate being women and people of color in the. next hiring round.

  • The organization was also able to apply many of the principles from this to its promotion processes as well.
