Reduce Bias in Hiring
A business committed to inclusive and fair hiring could not seem to get a diverse slate of candidates for top level positions.
What we did
Results

Leaders had a deeper understanding of the many ways bias shows up in hiring processes and how they could mitigate them
-
They went from regularly having zero women and people of color in the finalist slate to two-thirds of the slate being women and people of color in the. next hiring round.

The organization was also able to apply many of the principles from this to its promotion processes as well.
